Haven for Teens is a Christian faith-based organization dedicated to reaching out to young people, particularly teenagers and young adults aged 20-25 years old. Our mission is to provide a safe haven where teenagers can find support, guidance, and encouragement as they navigate the challenges of adolescence and young adulthood.

Our Story

Annual Easter Camp Meeting: Celebrating Excellence

Since its inception, the Annual Easter Camp Meeting at Haven for Teens has been a beacon of inspiration, growth, and transformation for young people. Each year, we gather with a specific theme aimed at fostering personal and spiritual development among teenagers and young adults.

Year 2022: The Winning Teenagers

In 2022, our theme was “The Winning Teenagers.” Through a series of engaging workshops, dynamic speakers, and interactive activities, we empowered young people to embrace their potential, overcome challenges, and emerge victorious in every aspect of their lives. Testimonials from participants highlighted how they gained confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of purpose during the camp.

Year 2023: The Jesus Teenagers

In 2023, we focused on “The Jesus Teenagers,” exploring what it means to live a life modeled after Christ. Through deepening their understanding of Jesus’ teachings and example, attendees were inspired to embody love, compassion, and servant leadership in their communities. Year 2024: Excellence

As we look forward to our upcoming camp meeting scheduled between March 28th and 31st, 2024, our theme is “Excellence,” drawing inspiration from Titus 2:6-8. This year, we are dedicated to cultivating a culture of excellence in every aspect of our lives – academically, spiritually, and personally. Through keynote sessions, workshops, and practical exercises, we will equip young people to pursue excellence with diligence, integrity, and humility.

Scheduled Events at Haven for Teens

Teenagers Teachers Conference (October): An annual conference bringing together educators, youth leaders, and mentors to exchange ideas, best practices, and resources for effectively reaching and empowering teenagers.
Teens Monthly Evangelism: Regular outreach events aimed at sharing the message of hope and faith with teenagers in the community, fostering spiritual growth, and inviting them to participate in Haven for Teens programs.
Monthly School Outreach: Engaging with teenagers in secondary schools through interactive sessions, mentorship programs, and educational workshops designed to address relevant issues and promote personal development.
Visit to VIPs – Teens at Motor Parks, Dangerous Hideouts, etc.: Reaching out to teenagers in unconventional settings such as motor parks and dangerous hideouts, offering support, counseling, and practical assistance to those in need.
Summer Skill Development (July to September): A comprehensive program offering teenagers the opportunity to develop practical skills, explore their interests, and discover their talents through workshops, training sessions, and hands-on activities during the summer break.
Christmas Camp Out (December): An annual camping retreat during the holiday season, providing teenagers with a chance to disconnect from the distractions of everyday life, bond with peers, and deepen their faith through reflection, worship, and outdoor activities.
Teens Time Out (Biannual): A retreat-style event held twice a year, offering teenagers a reprieve from their daily routines to focus on personal growth, spiritual renewal, and building meaningful connections with others in a supportive and uplifting environment.
Teens Beach Party (December): A festive gathering at the beach to celebrate the holiday season, fostering camaraderie, joy, and a sense of belonging among teenagers while enjoying fun activities, music, and refreshments in a safe and supervised setting.
